Sedona and Red Rock Country | ECCS is Going Global in 2015

For an unforgettable excursion to spectacular Sedona, enjoy a day with Pink Adventure Tours entertaining and highly-knowledgeable guides. On our way we’ll visit the ancient cliff dwellings at Montezuma’s Castle and then head straight for Sedona, known the world over for its awesome red rock formations. We’ll make a stop at the stunning Chapel of the Holy Cross set right into one of its crimson cliffs and tour other magnificent vistas. You’ll have some free time for shopping at Sedona’s eclectic mix of boutiques and galleries. After your time in Sedona, sit back, relax and reflect on a day of sightseeing and adventure in luxurious comfort as we escort you to the Desert Botanical Gardens or to Fort McDowell Adventures for the evening’s events.

Itinerary:

7:30am                      Pink Adventure Tours picks up group at Doubletree Tempe
7:30am-9:30am       Tour and travel to Montezuma Castle National Monument
9:30am-10:30am     Guided walking tour of Montezuma Castle National Monument
10:30am-1:00pm     Tour and travel through Sedona
1:00pm-2:00pm       Picnic lunch in Oak Creek Canyon
2:00pm-2:15pm       Tour and travel back to Sedona
2:15pm-4:15pm       Free time for shopping in Sedona
4:15pm-6:30pm       Tour and travel to Desert Botanical Garden or Fort McDowell
6:30pm                      Pink Adventure Tours drops off group at the dinner venue

Please note: All Pink Jeep tours end at a CCS’15 dinner venue. Wednesday’s last stop will be the Desert Botanical Gardens. Thursday’s last stop will be the Fort McDowell Adventure. When you sign up for a tour, be sure to purchase a ticket to the dinner also. It is not included in your tour price.

Registering for a tour: When you register at Regonline for the conference, you may also sign up for a tour and pay for it at the same time you pay for registration. You can select the day you wish to take the tour (Wednesday, September 30 or Thursday, October 1) after the actual program has been published.
