Phoenix and Scottsdale City Tour | ECCS is Going Global in 2015

The Phoenix area, ringed by mountains, stretches forever. Its fragile desert landscape is vast, just like its diverse culture and history. We’ll pick your group up at your hotel and take you on an educational and historic tour through our eclectic city. This will be a rolling tour, though we’ll stop at several places such as the unique and lovely Tempe Town Lake. We’ll do a walking tour to highlight the landscape and allow for an opportunity to catch a glimpse of the wildlife. We’ll pass by numerous architectural wonders, through various neighborhoods, and highlight great points of interest such as the Capitol Building and Wesley Bolin Memorial Park. We’ll stop at the park for lunch and allow free time to experience the multitude of monuments that makes this area so appealing. From there, Pink Adventure Tours will whisk you away to downtown Scottsdale, known for its upscale shops and art galleries. Final stop will be at the Desert Botanical Garden (Wednesday) or Fort McDowell Adventures (Thursday) to join the group dinner.

11:00am-11:45am    Tour and travel to Arizona State Capitol Building, Phoenix
11:45am-12:45pm    Walking tour of Arizona State Capitol Building
12:45pm-1:45pm      Picnic lunch at Wesley Bolin Memorial Park, Phoenix
1:45pm-2:45pm        Walking tour of Wesley Bolin Memorial Park
2:45pm-5:00pm        Travel to downtown Scottsdale for shopping and people watching
5:30pm                       Pink Adventure Tours drops off group at the dinner venue

Please note: All Pink Jeep tours end at a CCS’15 dinner venue. Wednesday’s last stop will be the Desert Botanical Gardens. Thursday’s last stop will be the Fort McDowell Adventure. When you sign up for a tour, be sure to purchase a ticket to the dinner also. It is not included in your tour price.

Registering for a tour: When you register at Regonline for the conference, you may also sign up for a tour and pay for it at the same time you pay for registration. You can select the day you wish to take the tour (Wednesday, September 30 or Thursday, October 1) after the actual program has been published.
